At Hamido Baklava USA, we take great care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition and as fresh as possible..
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.
During holidays or peak seasons, processing times may vary slightly, but we always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Schedule for Freshness Protection
Because our baklava is a perishable food product, we carefully plan shipping days to ensure freshness upon arrival.
We currently use FedEx 2-Day Delivery, and since FedEx does not deliver on weekends, shipping is scheduled to prevent your order from sitting in a warehouse over Saturday or Sunday.
To protect product freshness and quality:

East Coast orders: shipped Monday through Wednesday only

West & Central U.S. orders: shipped Monday through Thursday
Orders placed after these days will be shipped on the following Monday to prevent weekend delays in transit.

Shipping Restrictions
To maintain product quality and freshness, we currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
The extended transit time to these regions exceeds our freshness window and may cause the baklava to lose its quality.
We want every customer to enjoy Hamido Baklava exactly as intended — fresh, flavorful, and authentic.
We currently do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes

Shipping Method & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped from our California warehouse via trusted carriers such as USPS or FedEx.
Transit times vary based on location:

Western states: usually 1–2 business days

Central and Eastern states: usually 2–3 business days
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Product Freshness
Our baklava is handcrafted in Gaziantep, Türkiye, imported frozen for quality preservation, then thawed and shipped fresh to customers across the U.S.
Please do not refrigerate or microwave the baklava.
Keep at room temperature and consume within 5 days after delivery for best taste.
