At Hamido Baklava USA, we take great pride in crafting and delivering authentic, handcrafted Turkish baklava made fresh from Gaziantep, Türkiye. Every order is carefully prepared and shipped to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

 

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have been shipped. However, we are committed to making sure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

 
Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Our team will review your request and, if approved, we will issue:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Please note: refunds or replacements are only provided for damaged or defective products, not for taste preferences or delayed deliveries caused by shipping carriers.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products

  • Items delivered in good condition

  • Products not stored properly after delivery

  • Any item reported after 48 hours of receipt

Order Condition & Shelf Life

All Hamido Baklava are shipped fresh ready to enjoy.
They should be kept at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat, and never refrigerated or microwaved.
Best consumed within 5 days after delivery for optimal freshness.
